Serenades by Sonata Opens Leasing Center in The Villages

Sonata Senior Living is pleased to announce the opening of the Leasing Center for their new Serenades by Sonata in The Villages memory care assisted living community. Located at the construction site at 2450 Parr Drive in The Villages, the Serenades Leasing Center is southeast of the intersection of County Road 466 and Belvedere Blvd. and adjacent to The Villages Public Library.

The Serenades Leasing Center will provide area residents the opportunity to obtain community specific information such as services and amenities, floor plans and pricing, and learn more about the benefits of Serenades’ award-winning programming, state-of-the-art purpose-built design and person-directed care.

Upon completion in late 2013, Serenades will be the first stand-alone memory care community located in The Villages that is specifically designed and programmed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

From licensed nurses on site 24 hours daily to the latest innovative safety and security technologies, Serenades’ commitment to raising the bar for memory care assisted living through person-directed memory care is evidenced throughout. The purpose-built design features three beautifully decorated and inviting neighborhoods, each containing 15 apartments comprised of spacious private suites and affordable 2 bedroom shared suites, and unimpeded access to the 10,000 square foot inviting internal courtyard boasting lush gardens, putting green and butterfly gardens. “Many families caring for a loved one with memory impairments often need help but postpone assisted living due to the limited options available.
