The new 127,000 Square-foot Sonata Viva and Serenades Memory Care is slated to begin construction in late September 2019, at the corner of Breslay Drive and Veterans Way in Viera. The 118-unit community is conveniently located right across the street from Sonata Viera Assisted Living and the Veteran’s Administrations Outpatient Clinic.
