Sonata Viera offers affordable month-to-month rental rates. Monthly rates include a variety of services and amenities including utilities, laundry service, housekeeping, and meals. Veterans receive a 10% discount off rent. For specific rental rates on units, please contact us at 321-735-8850.
Basic care, assistance and supervision are requirements of most of our residents, so we’ve included many of these services in the monthly fee. Those requiring extensive personal care, assistance or daily nursing services, additional monthly fees are applied.
