Sonata Senior Living Announces Plans to Open Leasing Center for Sonata East at Viera

Sonata Senior Living announced plans to open the leasing office for Sonata East at Viera, a luxury independent living and memory care community in Viera, Florida.

The leasing office, set to open on October 15, 2020, is located at 4206 Breslay Drive in Melbourne, Florida.

Sonata East at Viera began construction in November 2019. Slated to open in the fall of 2021, the 133,000-square-foot senior living community will be located adjacent to the Viera VA Outpatient Clinic and across the street from Sonata Viera Assisted Living.

Sonata East at Viera will feature 118 residences, including 88 independent living and 30 memory care apartments. Combined with its sister community Sonata Viera, Sonata Senior Living will expand its presence in Melbourne to a total of 200 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments, providing a full continuum of care to Brevard County families.

Independent Living Residences at Sonata East

Sonata East at Viera offers older adults a selection of one- and two-bedroom floorplans up to 1,300 square feet. Each independent living residence will include a balcony or sunroom, upgraded appliances and finishes, and access to Sonata Senior Living’s resort-style amenities and signature programs.

Amenities at Sonata East will include multiple dining venues and lounges; a bistro bar; a zero-entry heated pool; movie theater; arts studio; library; game room; bocce ball court; off-leash dog park; beauty salon and spa; and wellness/fitness center. Residents will also have access to covered parking and lush landscaped outdoor areas for grilling, fishing, and recreation.

Serenades Memory Care at Sonata East

The memory care community at Sonata East is based on Sonata’s award-winning Serenades Memory Care, which features a purpose-built design. The unique design is based on the latest science in dementia care and comprises two intimate neighborhoods surrounding a secure courtyard.
